Located near Koysha town 400km south west of Addis (via Jimma) , these villas will be hosting Webuild Spa (formerly Salini Impregillo) personnel that will work on the future hydropower plant project. Each villa has A/C for living room, kitchen and bedroom.

Alama Engineering Services has commissioned a  total of 24 +12 split ACs for 12 villas in 3 phases and meeting room ducted ACs
