French hotel chain group Accor and Tsemex Hotels and Business PLC have agreed for a management contract under the brand name MGallery by Sofitel Hotels.  

​

This 11 storey building will boast 218 rooms all with individual Air-conditioning and centralized ventilation.

 

Alama Engineering Services is currently undertaking chilled water piping, ducting, FCU and AHU installations works to be completed with the Chillers installation.
