Dashen Bank SC Headquarters is a G+16F and 4F Annex building located nearby Beherawi at the heart of the future "Central Business District".

Under it's main contractor Midroc Construction Ethiopia PLC,  Alama Engineering Services has accomplished the following activities: 

​

• Chilled water circuit installation in welded seamless schedule 40 black steel pipes and insulation (approx 10Km)

• Supply and installation of HVAC equipments (BMS controlled AHUs for each floor with cooling and heating capacity, BMS controlled colling and heating Fan coils cassettes/wall mounted, toilet and duct fans, BMS controlled fire/smoke dampers, air diffusers grilles etc) with the highest level of BMS integration achieved so far in Ethiopia at the time of writing

• Supply and installation of variable speed water cooling pumps for chilled water pumping to/from the chillers (also interfaced into the BMS of the building)
