Ethiopian Airlines In-flight Catering Facility is located inside the Bole International Airport and will be operational in 2016.

It occupies "10 000 square meters with a   distance of 0.5 km airside access having 20 loading and 10 offloading docks. The new unit area is designed to produce up to 30,000 "according to Ethiopian Airlines

Alama Engineering Services has been contracted by Elmi Olindo PLC construction company to undertake the HVAC works:

• Installation of approximately 4km pre-insulated duct system (phenolic) 

• installation of HVAC equipments (grilles, dampers, etc)

• seamless pipe welding for chilled water circuit

• kitchen ventilation hoods and extraction system

• installation of cold rooms
